Gearing up for the next 5K
We’re all signed up for our next 5K.
Three, me, two of the three musketeers in the jogger and Four!
Four is home from college and will be my walking/jogging companion for training and the big race.
We’ve done at least one 5K every day this week working on our endurance then out time.
Of all the children, Four has gone more places with me than anybody else. She has put up with my running dialogue for almost two decades and I appreciate her more than I remember to say.
We’re going for our second outing today.
